My practice focuses on IP litigation in federal district courts, arbitration, and PTAB.   I have represented innovator pharmaceutical and medical device companies and defended blue-chip technology companies in high stakes litigations, including cases involving neurodegenerative disease therapies, VEGF inhibitor, beta blocker, pain blocking technology, semiconductor lithography, lithium ion battery, plant genetics, networking equipment, navigable telepresence, telematics, digital rights management, and peripheral connection technologies.   

I have experience with all aspects of patent litigation from pre-litigation analysis through trial.  I have successfully represented pro bono clients at trial as first chair and won the case.  I also have experience counseling clients in IP portfolio assessment and strategic planning.  As a certified English-Chinese translator, I bring unique advantages to cases involving Chinese companies.
