Varied client needs require varied pricing. We are pleased to offer an array of pricing models.

The simplest form of payment for services. Available for all types of work. Services are billed at a fixed hourly rate, invoiced at the end of each month. Project budgets may be set up in advance to avoid surprises, and clients can receive weekly or bi-weekly hours updates to stay on budget—total transparency.

One fixed fee for transactional work that does not involve negotiating with another party, including non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements, template agreements, employee handbooks and manuals, agreement playbooks, initial evaluation and revisions to vendor agreements, etc. Paid in installments during the project.

Available for agreements and disputes where clients receive payment(s) from the other party. No fees are paid by the client upfront or while services are performed. Instead, McCurdy Laud is paid a fixed percentage of the payment(s) received by the client once the agreement is signed or dispute is settled/adjudicated.

Eight unbroken hours completely devoted to the client, onsite or remote, for one flat fee. Reap the benefits of an experienced legal practitioner parachuting in for a day to review business and legal issues with a focused, client-centered, and cost-effective approach. Includes prep work in advance of the day and summary notes and to-do lists afterward. Does not include travel expenses.
