Brittany Boswell

ATTORNEY

I help clients identify their goals and achieve them; recognizing that every client is different, and their goals may be too. I listen to my clients, I partner with them, and after inquiry and exploration discussions, I use my legal and business training to recommend a custom course of action tailored to their specific needs.

With over a decade of experience in the legal industry, whether clients need to develop a privacy protocol, draft a non-disclosure agreement, negotiate a license, or engage in litigation over an intellectual property dispute, I have the experience to provide counsel that best serves their interests.

TRUSTEDANALYTICAL

Before joining McCurdy Laud, I focused on complex litigation at renowned defense and plaintiff law firms, including Shook Hardy & Bacon where I practiced in the intellectual property & technology litigation group, and Simmons Hanly Conroy where I was part of the consumer product class action team. During my legal career, I also clerked at the United States District Court for the District of Kansas; taught law school and university courses, such as intellectual property litigation, the legal environment of business, and the law of e-commerce; operated a solo practice; and served as discovery counsel at Redgrave, LLP.

Outside of my regular practice, I enjoy an extensive pro bono practice that largely focuses on juvenile and family law. When I am not lawyering, you will likely find me playing soccer, spending time with family and friends, or adventuring to a new place. I have been to 40 countries and look forward to visiting more.
